This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all domain registrations, renewals, and transfers made through ASRHost, a reseller of Key-Systems GmbH, an ICANN-accredited registrar. By registering a domain name through us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ASRHost acts as a reseller for Key-Systems GmbH. Your registration agreement is also subject to the Key-Systems Terms and Conditions and applicable ICANN policies.
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information including name, address, email, and phone number. Failure to provide accurate data or respond to verification may result in domain suspension or termination.
You may not use your domain name for illegal activity, spam, phishing, malware, or content violating applicable laws or ICANN policies. Violations may lead to suspension or deletion without refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure timely domain renewal. Domains not renewed by the expiry date may enter a grace period, followed by redemption or permanent deletion. Renewal fees may vary and are non-refundable.
As per ICANN policy, your domain registration data will be submitted to WHOIS and may be publicly accessible unless privacy protection is enabled. You may request data updates at any time.
You agree to be bound by ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and any registry-specific dispute processes.
Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed, even if the domain is unused or canceled. This includes premium domains and failed registration attempts.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any domain that violates ICANN, registry, or legal requirements. No refund will be provided in such cases.
