All services must be paid in advance. Renewal notices are sent before expiration, but you are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid service disruption.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Domains are subject to availability and registry terms. Once a domain expires, ASRHost is not liable for any loss or recovery costs unless auto-renew was enabled and paid.
You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, malware, phishing, or any activity that harms our infrastructure or others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
While ASRHost may offer backup services, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of our Terms, including non-payment, abuse, or illegal activity. No refund will be issued in case of violation-based termination.
Refunds are only applicable for hosting services and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Domains, licenses, VPS, and dedicated servers are non-refundable.
ASRHost shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue, due to use or inability to use our services.
